We welcome any new patients to our practice now residing within our practice area. All new patients are requested to make an appointment with our healthcare assistant/practice nurse for a health check (please bring a urine sample) and then with a doctor if medication is required. The health check is very important as it helps us to update our records while we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor and it also gives us a chance to meet you and your family.
Practice Area
The eight doctors, together with the practice nurses, receptionists, district nurses, health visitors and midwives, provide a comprehensive healthcare service. The practice covers postal areas Bradford 5, 6 and 7.
