We have been using System Connect for our online requests for a few weeks now and things are going as well as we could expect at this stage. We know some patients may not feel confident using it so we have got a guide on the website and we will have 2 drop in sessions where we can show you how to submit.

Following the upgrade to our telephone system we have received lots of positive feedback. In particular, the welcome message and the option to use the call back facility.
Our surgery at Park Road is currently undergoing extensive renovations. We are in phase 2 of the programme. We are doing our best to keep the disruptions to patients to a minimum. We thank you for your patience and understanding while the works take place.
